昨日在汉举行的2015中国民用机场建设年度峰会上,民航中南地区管理局副局长杨新国透露,随着国家“一带一路”和“长江经济带”战略的深入实施,中南地区机场建设迎来重大机遇。从“十三五”规划的情况看,预计中南地区将新增18个民用机场。

湖北目前拥有武汉、襄阳、恩施、神农架、宜昌等5个民用机场,武当山机场预计最快今年底通航。加上将新建的黄冈、荆州机场,这意味着我省未来5年将拥有8个民用机场。

省内其他机场是否会对武汉天河机场客源造成分流?对此,武汉民航业内人士认为,应辩证地来看。目前,省内其他机场客源主要是前往当地的旅游客源,以及当地外出的商务、公务客源。看上去好像本来经武汉飞上海、北京等地的湖北客源,可能从自己城市的机场“飞”走,武汉流量面临瓜分。但从长远看,这些支线机场也成为武汉的“喂客”地,因为武汉开通的国内、国外航线在省内机场中最多,省内客源仍需先“飞”到武汉,再从武汉出发前往目的地,尤其是境外航线。这样,以武汉为中心,就形成了一种轮辐式航线网络,反而更有助于武汉打造航空枢纽。

据介绍,中南地区现有民用机场31个。与巨大的社会需求相比,机场数量仍严重不足,平均每万平方公里仅有0.31个机场,远低于美国(0.57个)、欧盟(0.92个)、日本(2.59个)等发达国家和地区,也低于印度(0.38个)、巴西(0.85个)等发展中国家。
